The work out plan:

P90x Monday-Saturday
Elliptical 1x/day (20mins) Monday-Saturday
1x /week include a walk, horseback riding, extra workout etc.

Each week I will do a weigh in, measure, and status report.
This is my 30 day plan, if endurance builds up before the 30 days is up I will up the workouts.

The beginning and reason of a change...

I am a new mom, an average young woman, and wife. I do not live a very healthy life by any means, in fact I haven't changed my eating habits since my pregnancy. This being said I've been wanting to set a good example for my young family in hopes of being a good role model for my daughter, and ensuring my husband and I have many healthy years together. This may sound strange but I actually look forward to the day we are both gone grey and he is still by my side living the life we have dreamed of... Together. The reason I say this is because with both sides of our families struggling with heart problems, diabetes, cancer and other medical issues I know just how fast that person you love the most can be taken away. Therefore I intend to pro-long both of our lives over the years and promote a healthier life style by doing so. Please join me on this journey with encouragement.
